Support Scorm Content.
PeopleGuru’s course database is available for employee training and development however, we also support your organization’s previously created or acquired courses. Acceptable formats include .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .doc, .docx, and .zip.
Assign E-Learning Courses.
PeopleGuru’s learning management solution has a library of over 130 standard courses. This allows employers to assign their employees relevant training based on categories, such as position or department.
Create Training Events.
Create in-person or virtual, one-time training events for specific employee groups. Include the date, time, and location of the event and utilize the ability to track attendance.
Receive Feedback.
Following the completion of coursework, employees have the ability to rate and comment on completed course events. This feedback allows for the improvement of courses within the system.
