As a member of Monarch Consulting’s leadership team, Dan specializes in fractional and interim HR Leadership for Monarch’s clients. Prior to joining Monarch, Dan worked in HR and Administration at NJ Reentry Corporation, a mid-sized nonprofit organization that focuses on removing barriers to employment for those who have been previously incarcerated or court involved. Prior to NJ Reentry, he held a Human Resource Leadership position in a global dental manufacturing company and in HR/Benefits/Payroll positions with ADP.
